Holiday Park Marketing is a new company. However, we have a combined 50 Years experience of sales and marketing within the Holiday Park Home Industry.
It is clearly apparent that there needs to be change within the UK Holiday Park Home Industry. Our objective is to assist in bringing sales and marketing practices forward for a more prosperous future. We feel there is a need to appeal to the next generation of potential owners. In this ultra competitive climate, this means giving the consumer more value for their money and more flexibility in the products offered to them. This will ultimately mean that a Holiday Park Home is seen as a desirable purchase for other age groups, not just for the semi-retired
About Passport to Holidays part of the DAE group
Passport to Holidays is owned and operated by Dial An Exchange (DAE) Limited, a company with a 10 Year trading history. The holiday home exchange concept has its roots in Australia in 1995. The operation was extended to Europe in 1999, when a business was opened in the UK.
The DAE objective is to offer world-wide opportunities for our members (customers) to take interesting exchange holidays in quality accommodation.
DAE operate a "bank" of weeks in holiday homes. Members deposit weeks into the "bank" that they do not wish to use themselves. In return, they get a "credit" valid for three years from the date of deposit, which can be used to "withdraw" any week out of our system, on payment of the exchange fee. These withdrawn weeks can be used for their own holidays or given to family and friends.
The majority of Passport to Holiday members are owners of private holiday homes or apartments in the shared ownership sector. However the owners of quality Holiday Park Homes, holiday properties (cottages, gites, villas, condos, townhouses, park homes bungalows, static caravans and apartments) can now benefit from the same exchange service that has been available many owners for many years. This helps to increase the variety and number of destinations available for our entire membership base. |
